The new Tunturi Balance Board with Handles is ideal to train the balance. Also, the balance trainer can be used for rehabilitation and therapeutically purposes to prevent yourself from returning complaints.
The Balance Board consists out of a round and flat surface. The lower edge consists out of a half ball so that the Balance Board cannot lay straight on the ground.
By putting both feet on the flat surface, the body has to continually correct itself and seek the balance in order to be able to stand upright.
The Balance Board has two handles to perform exercises on the ground like push-ups. The lower edge of the balance trainer has a non-slip part; this makes sure that the user cannot slip away during the exercises.
