Tunturi Adjustable Balance Board
The new Tunturi Adjustable Balance Board is ideal to train the balance. Also, the balance trainer can be used for therapeutically purposes to prevent yourself from returning complaints. The Balance Board is suitable for both beginners as well as experienced trainers because the board can be adjusted.
The Tunturi Adjustable Balance Board is used for balance trainings, therapy and rehabilitation. Next, it can be used to strengthen the ankle.
The balance board consists out of a circular surface with a small green foot underneath. By putting both feet on the rounded surface, the balance trainer leans with the small foot on the ground. In order to stand upright, the body has to continually seek the balance and correct itself.
The intensity of the balance training can be adjusted with a black cap, which is placed above the green foot. The training will be intensified whenever the cap on the foot remains fixed. If this is a little too difficult, then the cap can be removed in order to reduce the angle whereby the balance will be trained (10 degrees instead of 20 degrees). The bigger the angle, the more the body has to correct itself to stay upright at the balance trainer.
