Thera-Band Set Tubing 1,5 meter
The Thera-Band Set Tubing 1,5 meter is a set of different tubings with a length of 1,5 meter. The tubings are available in two different sets and have an upwards resistance. They are made of 100 % rubber, which makes them very flexible. The set is available in box with an exercise book.

The fact that the Thera-Band Set Tubing consists of tubings with different resistances, makes it very suitable for a constructive workout. The different resistances can be used in one workout to increase the difficulty of the various exercises. Every resistance has its own strength and colour, going from light (yellow) tot special heavy (black). Between that are medium (red), heavy (green), and very heavy (blue).
Two different sets are available:
- Light set: yellow – red – green
- Heavy set: blue – black
The handy exercise book that comes with the Set Tubing, gives tips and tricks for good exercises to perform with the tubings. The tubings have a length of 1,5 meter. They are made of 100 % rubber and very strong. This makes it possible to use them under heavy circumstances.
