The Thera-Band Exercise Balls are inflatable balls that are used for balance training. They are suitable for different kinds of core- and body exercises. The balls are also used in rehabilitation. At home, the balls can be used to improve posture and make the back stronger. The Thera-Band Exercise Balls are available in five different sizes.

Thera-Band Exercise Ball
The Thera-Band Exercise Balls have ABS (Anti Burst System). This system prevents the ball from bursting when they touch a sharp object. The ABS is guaranteed until a carrying capacity of 120 kg. In total, the balls have a capacity of 500 kg.
The Thera-Band Exercise Balls with a cap and valve gradient. This makes it possible to inflate the ball with a bicycle pump or air mattress pump. The balls are available in five different sizes. For every body length is a suitable ball available.
The following sizes can be ordered:
- < 1.50 m - Ø 45 cm - yellow
- 1.50 - 1.70 m - Ø 55 cm - red
- 1.70 - 1.88 m - Ø 65 cm - green
- 1.88 - 2.00 m - Ø 75 cm - blue
- 2.00 m - Ø 85 cm – silver
The given size is the size when the ball is completely inflated.
