The Pillow Normal
The effect of The Pillow is based upon two principles: rest and traction. As the head rests over the neck roll of the pillow, the cervical spine is gently stretched, causing traction. Neck roll height: 13 cm (normal to broad shoulder width). Neck roll width: 12 cm (normal to long neck size).
Choose the option according to your body weight. Body weight of less than 65 kg: Soft. Body weight of 65 kg or more: Standard.

This orthopaedic pillow differentiates from others by its unique shape. The pillow is designed with a neck roll, which provides the necessary traction for the cervical vertebrae. In addition, the flexible mid-section makes sure the vertebral column lies in its natural S-shape, in supine position. When lying on a side, the high lateral sections keep the vertebral column in a relaxed, neutral position.
The Pillow provides a completely different, natural sleeping position, which initially takes time to get used to. Users may wake up during the night at first, but eventually they will sleep better and especially healthier. Perseverance is a must. Especially during the night, when the neck muscles are relaxed, only a slight weight is needed for such a traction.
