Stroops The Juke
With the Stroops The Juke, two athletes are connected with help of a belt. The goal is to stay one step ahead of the athlete on the other side and break the connection with Velcro closure. The Juke is an ideal help for training foot work in different directions.

Stroops The Juke consists of two belts that go around the waist of the athletes. This belt has a strep with Velcro attached to the end. Both Velcro sides can be attached to each other. This makes a connection between the athletes. The goal is to keep this connection in place or go the other way around and try to break the connection. It is a way to train agility and footwork. While training together, both athletes are challenged more to improve their own actions.
The belt that goes around the waist can be adjusted in size and can be worn by every athlete. It is easy to attach. The strap that is attached to the belt can also be adjusted in length. The belts are made of high quality materials.
