SmartCuffs PRO is designed exclusively for clinics and healthcare professionals. It facilitates blood flow restriction training (BFRT), safely restricting venous blood flow from a working muscle while allowing arterial blood flow to that working muscle. This approach is crucial in enabling patients to commence post-surgical rehab sooner than previously possible.
The PRO pump monitors and autoregulates pressure inside the cuff during exercise. The cuffs, with a width of 10 cm, prioritize safety as lower pressures are required to achieve LOP.
Beyond rehab patients, SmartCuffs PRO are also beneficial for those who are immobile or mobility-restricted, bedridden, casted, the elderly, athletes in active recovery, and individuals suffering from decreased joint/tissue loads.
Certification courses are available regularly on both a national and international level, with private courses also offered. SmartCuffs PRO is proudly made in the USA and FDA listed as a Class 1 Pneumatic Tourniquet.
