The Resistance 90 Kit is the ultimate training tool for on-the-go fitness and at-home workouts. This resistance training system is compact and easy to take anywhere. You can choose to use the Slastix resistance band with the folding bar or without. The Resistance 90 comes with a foam door anchor, so you can easily train at home. With the Resistance 90 Kit you get a full-body workout wherever and whenever you want.

- Fit-Stik Bar and Foam door anchor
With the Stroops Spine strap you can complete the Resistance 90! This strap is available separately.
