The Pure2Improve Weighted Vest had different weight packages. These can be worn over the whole vest and are places in special sleeves. Because the vest is divided in many sleeves, the weight can always be evenly distributed, even when not all the weights are used. In total, the vest can weigh 4,5 kg.
