Fitting Instructions

1. Choose the insert that suits your pathology:
   - The green insert needs to be placed in the shoe of the foot with the heel spur .
   - Blue insert into the shoe of the healthy foot or in case of different pathology.
2. Slide the chosen insert into the therefore designed hollow fold.
3. Clean the inside sole of the shoe before placing the insert.
4. Place the heel insert into the shoe with the heel being covered by the insert. Important: This product indicates “RIGHT” for the right shoe and “LEFT” for the left shoe.
5. Do the same steps with the other heel insert.
