The Gymstick Aqua Resistance Bands Set are suitable for resistance training in the water. They are used in combination with the Gymstick Aqua. The tubings are available in different resistances and are easy to change. This creates a bigger variety in exercises. The Gymstick Aqua Loose Tubings are available in sets of two.

The Gymstick Aqua Resistance Bands Set are available in five different resistances, going from light to super heavy. All tubings start with a resistance of 1 kg. When the tubing is stretched, the resistance gets heavier. With the heavier tubings, this process goes faster and stretching the tubing gets harder. The following resistances are available:
- 1-10 kg (light)
- 1-15 kg (medium)
- 1-20 kg (heavy)
- 1-25 kg (very heavy)
- 1-30 kg (super heavy)
The different loose bands can easily be attached to the Gymstick Aqua. When a heavier resistance is used, the exercises become harder and a more intensive workout can be performed. With the Gymstick Aqua, exercises can be performed that focus on flexibility, stability, power and cardio. The elastic bands are available in sets of two.
