The Chinning Bar was especially developed for the effective training of the arm, back and abdominal muscles. For the training with the Chinning Bar are additional weights necessary. You use your own bodyweight to exercise and additional weights are needed to pump your training up.
We advise you to always warm up before beginning to exercise. If you want to increase the intensity of your workout you can boost yourself with heavier weights.
