AED Samaritan Pad 500P
The Heartsine Samaritan PAD 500P AED provides you during the reanimation with instructions over the effectivity of your breast compressions. The Samaritan PAD 500P defibrillator is an advancement of the Samaritan PAD 300P. As extra does the Samaritan PAD 500P offer advanced (patient specific) feedback over the quality of the given reanimation.
The only AED with patient based reanimation feedback. The ICG analysis technologie developed by Heartsine can measure the effectiveness of the reanimation. This information is further used to give instructions during the reanimation to help with the reanimation. The AED has spoken instructions like "press harder", "press slower", "press faster" or "good compression". Besides, visual instructions are given for noisier environments. The patented ICG analysis technologie is able to measure the ´cardiac output´ of the patient and on the basis of this give instructions.

Good reanimation is with the use of an AED of vital importance but the stress in times of a reanimation does not make this easier. A real-time patient feedback based on the quality of the reanimation helps the paramedic with this task. The use of an AED device which gives feedback on the quality of the reanimation is additionally advised by the new guidelines for 2010 of the European Resuscitation Council.
The Samaritan PAD 500P is the only AED which gives feedback on the basis of the 'cardiac output' of the patient.
