Technical features body length tape:

Guideline for the waist measurement:

Press the white button and pull the tape out.  Measure the waist between the bottom of the lower rib and the top of the pelvis.  Make sure, the tape is not too tight, but also not too loose and is not twisted around.  Look in which color your measurements fall and the read the results.

Male results:

• 69 cm or less -> too light.
• 69 cm till  94 cm -> normal, no increased risk of overweight.
• 94 cm - 102 cm -> high risk of overweight.
• 102 cm or more -> increased risk of overweight.

Female results:

• 60 cm or less -> too light.
• 60 cm till 80 cm -> normal, no increased risk of overweight.
• 80 cm - 88 cm -> high risk of overweight.
• 88 cm or more -> increased risk of overweight.
